It must be noted that it is the intention to live separately that is central here. Therefore, you will need to prove in court this intent by demonstrating that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>You sleep in different rooms;<\/li>\n<li>You don\u2019t have any intercourse;<\/li>\n<li>You do not talk to each other, or barely do;<\/li>\n<li>You buy your grocery separately;<\/li>\n<li>You do not eat together;<\/li>\n<li>You do not render any mutual domestic work like cooking or doing laundry to one another;<\/li>\n<li>You do not share a social life with each other;<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adultery or emotional abuse can be hard to prove in court.
